It’s not only how I was trained as a CrossFit coach. But also it’s what I believe and have seen work consistently!
My style of training, coaches you to be able to vary your own workouts easily. That’s right, my main aim is for you to become independent. Then you aren’t relying on your Coach/PT for every workout.
Ideally only check in with me for learning new exercises, correct technique or refresher sessions to iron out any bad habits which we all slowly developed over time.
I’m happy when my client teaches me something.
