Daniel is an experienced, caring and passionate CNHC/IAYT registered Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist who specialises in working 1:1 with clients who require support for physical and emotional conditions.
He has years of experience of supporting others with Anxiety and high level Stress which is what led him start Yoga in the year 2000. He has studied Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with leading experts and has first has first hand experience of the supportive nature of these practices.
Daniel offers Yoga Therapy in person or via Zoom and has seen amazing results with those who have participated in his services.
