I’m here to help you, not punish you. Our sessions are designed to make you enjoy fitness, in a progressive manner.
With my bespoke training, you will become stronger, feel and eat better and connect to your body in a positive way.
I believe the key to achieving your goals is finding enjoyment in the journey. And I am here to inspire you and guide you all the way through.

Using different types of training, we’ll tap into the one you enjoy most, so that you can’t live without physical movement, making it an effortless habit.
Originally from Spain, I made the UK my home in 2011. I was never a sporty kid, not until I became a teenager and joined the gym wanting to feel stronger and change my body shape. Throughout the years though, I’ve discovered that fitness is and has brought me so much more than that; it has become an anchor to self-growth, a confidence booster and a feel-good tool.
I gained my certification in Personal Training and Diploma in Nutrition in 2019 and am always researching and learning more about fitness and wellbeing. I find it so rewarding and energising to motivate my clients and help them discover the joy of developing mental and physical potential.
My approach is based on keeping things simple, fun and time efficient.
I’ll always take time with you to understand what’s going on in your life, what drives your emotions around exercise and to explore any setbacks you’ve experienced, in order to holistically programme your sessions and tailor them specifically to you. You’ll always be met where you are, and the training will be adjusted at the time of the session, if needed.
