LGBTQ+ Fitness Class
Our weekly LGBTQ+ Fitness Class covers Circuit Training and High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT). Effective for achieving a healthy weight, while controlling our cholesterol and insulin.
It brings like minded people together. And it's a space for being ourselves while we workout and connect with each other.
The sessions are affordable. You can pay through PayPal or by card or cash on the day. We can arrange a block payment if preferred.
We are a friendly fitness class for our LGBTQ+ community.
We offer adaptions for all health and fitness levels. However, our sessions are for those without severe and unstable medical conditions and injuries.
David Sully is a level 4 Fitness Trainer specialising in mental health, obesity and diabetes. He started our LGBTQ+ Fitness Class in 2013.
We now meet in the basement at PiloXercise from 6pm every Monday
