ONLINE PERSONAL PROGRAMMING
Personal Programming suits the intermediate or experienced lifter that is competent and autonomous but is struggling with programme design, just wants to take the stress out of planning or maybe a bit of both. All personal programmes are designed specifically for the individual and their goals. Following a comprehensive consultation your programme will be written and delivered to you via the True Coach app. This is a fully interactive app that links you to your coach at every step of the programme. Upload training videos for review, share your thoughts and comments and record your sessions with the inbuilt training log
THE BICEP BROTHERHOOD
This programme is more than just a training plan, it’s a community of like minded, transmasculine and non-binary, people that are more masculine physique.
WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT
The Bicep Brotherhood offers a training programme designed specifically for those that are looking to build a strong, muscular body, with an emphasis on upper body development. The programme is delivered remotely via an App - True Coach, and comes complete with video tutorials; so regardless of your level you can get involved.
