Yoga fitness will cover upper body power. Use your own weight to train your upper body muscles and gain lasting strength.

Class focus on lower body power. Test your endurance with targeted lower body workouts.

Strengthen your core and improve your balance and agility.

Effectively engage with muscles throughout your body, gain strong mental focus through your body and breath.

Includes a warm-up and cool down.
