WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT
The Bicep Brotherhood offers a training programme designed specifically for those that are looking to build a strong, muscular body, with an emphasis on upper body development. The programme is delivered remotely via an App - True Coach, and comes complete with video tutorials; so regardless of your level you can get involved.
To create a safe and encouraging learning environment where clients are free to embrace their uniqueness, find their passion, explore the capabilities of their bodies and minds, whilst becoming both physically and mentally stronger. I want my clients to take their skills earned within the gym and apply them to everyday life, learning how to balance an active healthy lifestyle with the joyful indulgences that the real world has to offer.
