LGBTQ Wellness.co has been created to support your physical and emotional wellbeing.

Writing helps us process our life experiences, and heal from trauma. Sharing those experiences helps us connect with others, while also providing resources for others going through similar experiences.

We encourage you to explore our stories, and if you feel ready, write your own story for sharing.

You can remain anonymous if you want to share your story for healing, but are not comfortable  assigning your name to it.
